How it works

  • We accept returns requests within 30 days of original purchase date.
  • To get started, please provide your name, email, and order number (found in your purchase confirmatione email). we'll let you select which items to return, and follow up with a confirmation email.
  • Returned items will be inspected to ensure that they were not worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, for health & safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any underwear products that have been opened.
  • Please message us at info@virtue.love if you need help finding your order number or for any other reason!
